TW-800 Mechanical Double-cylinder Thermoplastic Kneader
Features
1. Higher rotate speed increases the traditional ones from 30rpm to 60rpm, close to that of hydraulic thermoplastic kneader.
2. Incline clutch teeth, make the clutch break away automatically once the handle positioning button is pressed or in the case of unexpected overloading. It avoids the reducer axis breakage and failure of breaking away because of overloading.
3. Accurate positioning button clutch enables easily adjusting of the overloading pressure of clutch spring and the overloading moment.
4. Suspending stove rack can randomly adjust the distance between the stove and the kneader bottom in order to allow the outer flame to burn the kneader bottom, thus increases the fuel usage and melting efficiency.
5. 700mm diameter cylinder with semi sphere stamping kneader bottom can load 400kgs melting material, increasing heating area by 26% over the normal mechanic and hydraulic cylinders of 600mm diameter, achieving high efficiency.
