TW-150/450　Integrated Road Marking Machine

Thermoplastic kneader marking machine, a multifunctional hand-pushing machine integrated with hot-melting kettle and kneader marking machine, is applicable to projects like parking lot, school, residential neighborhood and factory, which are small amount of work but scattered and complicated. The machine is small in size and weight, easy and convenient in operation with only two operators for working.

Special marking machine for underground parking lots

The machine is especially applicable to in construction in enclosed environment like underground parking lots. Conventional thermoplastic kneader machines have to be carried by trucks for operation and cannot enter underground buildings due to floor height limit; furthermore, powered by diesel engines, they emit much exhaust gases, very likely to bring pollution in underground environment. TW-150/450 thermoplastic kneader marking machine, conveniently small and exquisite without the disadvantages in conventional products, may be used as special marking machine for underground parking lots.

Features

1.         Hand-driven chain drives impellers to agitate melting materials, being light and handy in operation.

2.         Specialized mid-pressure furnace is equipped for industrial use, which has high thermal efficiency and fast melting. Triple-layered heat insulation plates are added between furnace and LPG tank guarantee safety in use.

3.         Unique controllable fire valve enables the operator to adjust the valve and regulate the blaze with eyes on the fire, being high in efficiency and safety.

4.         Two moveable extraction stacks discharge exhaust gas in time to maintain good working environment.

5.         Triple-layered removable covers make it convenient to clean the kettle and change melting materials in different colors.
